A 24-year-old Skiatook man was killed Saturday night in a single-vehicle crash in Osage County, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

The collision occurred at approximately 10:06 p.m. on June 13, 2026, on North 52nd West Avenue just south of 133rd Street North.

Troopers reported that the vehicle was traveling northbound when the driver lost control while negotiating a curve. The vehicle left the roadway on the left side, struck approximately two fences and a tree, and then came to rest.

The driver, identified as Trenton W. Hancock, 24, of Skiatook, was pronounced dead as a result of injuries sustained in the crash. He was the sole occupant of the vehicle.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Hancock was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the collision.

The crash remains under investigation by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
