Both personal and commercial lines of property and casualty insurance are offered. We focus on excellent customer service with integrity in all we do. Role Description The Personal Lines Sales/Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Owasso, OK. This role involves assisting clients with personal insurance products, including quoting, explaining coverage options, processing policy changes, and handling renewals. The representative will respond to incoming calls and walk-in clients, provide timely and accurate information, and resolve questions related to billing, claims, and coverage. Daily responsibilities include maintaining client records, following up on leads, preparing documentation, and supporting the agency’s sales goals through cross-selling and up-selling appropriate products. The role requires consistent, professional communication, collaboration with agency leadership, and adherence to regulatory and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to deliver strong Customer Service and support a positive Customer Experience.
- Experience working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar Customer Support roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfort using computer systems, agency management software, and standard office tools.
- Prior insurance experience is preferred but will train.
- Property and Casualty license is required but will help you get licensed.
- Ability to work on-site in Owasso, OK, collaborate with team members, and maintain a dependable work schedule.
