4/29/26 – Tulsa Police made four arrests early Monday morning following a burglary investigation at the Promenade Mall parking garage.
According to authorities, around 4:15 a.m. on April 27, Officer Tilley spotted a black Ford F-150 driving inside the parking garage. The officer, who has previously made multiple burglary-related arrests at the condemned mall, became suspicious and initiated a traffic stop.
In plain view in the truck bed, officers observed a large amount of copper wire, copper pipe, and other items believed to have been taken from the property.
Five individuals were inside the vehicle. Police say each gave conflicting accounts about how they ended up at the location. One passenger was released pending further investigation.
During a search of the vehicle, officers discovered several backpacks containing tools commonly used in burglaries, including pipe cutters, reciprocating saws, and wrenches.
Four individuals—Summer Agustin, Francisco Gonzalez, Jonathon Mendoza, and Jennifer McLaughlin—were arrested and booked into the Tulsa County Jail. They face complaints including second-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit a felony, and possession of stolen copper.
Police emphasize that these are arrests, and all suspects are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
