The Skiatook Police Department executed a search warrant Friday afternoon as part of an ongoing investigation into alleged illegal drug activity.

On August 7, 2026, at approximately 4 p.m., officers served the warrant at a residence in the 200 block of East Pine Place in Skiatook.

According to police, the warrant was obtained as part of an investigation involving the alleged sale, distribution and trafficking of illegal narcotics.

During the search, officers recovered suspected illicit substances and drug paraphernalia. Police said some of the substances field tested presumptively positive for fentanyl. The items were secured as evidence.

Skiatook Police K9 Knox also assisted officers during the operation and investigation.

The investigation remains ongoing, and police said additional information will be released as it becomes available and can appropriately be disclosed.
