04/30/26 – Mills Elementary and Owasso Public Schools are inviting the community to celebrate a special milestone—40 years of teaching, inspiring, and making a lasting impact on students and families in Owasso.
Families, former students, and friends are encouraged to stop by, share their well wishes, and even offer a little retirement advice as the school honors beloved veteran teacher, Janet Harcrow.
