An Owasso man is facing multiple felony charges following an investigation by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit.
According to the OSBI, the investigation began after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) received multiple CyberTip reports involving suspected child sexual abuse material. The reports were forwarded to the OSBI ICAC Unit for further investigation.
Special agents identified the suspect as 54-year-old Jason Dean Poledouris of Owasso.
Investigators allege Poledouris accumulated more than 20 NCMEC CyberTips, possessed hundreds of images of child sexual abuse material, distributed multiple images, and engaged in online conversations about committing sexual acts with several children.
Based on the evidence gathered, the Tulsa County District Court issued a felony arrest warrant for Poledouris on July 30, 2026. He is charged with:
- Two counts of Aggravated Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material
- Five counts of Possession, Procuring, Manufacturing, Selling, or Distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material
Authorities located and arrested Poledouris on July 31, 2026, in Lenapah, Oklahoma. He was booked into the Tulsa County Jail, where his bond was set at $1.5 million.
The OSBI thanked the Owasso Police Department, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office (California), the Seal Beach Police Department (California), and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol for assisting with the investigation.
As with all criminal cases, the charges are allegations only. Poledouris is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
