05/13/26 – A fatal head-on crash in east Tulsa early Sunday morning claimed the life of an 18-year-old driver, according to the Tulsa Police Department.

Police said officers responded around 1:55 a.m. on May 10, 2026, to a two-vehicle collision near 41st Street and 152nd East Avenue.

Investigators say the driver of a Ford F-150 was traveling eastbound when a Toyota Camry traveling westbound crossed the center line and struck the truck on the front driver’s side. The impact caused the F-150 to flip onto its side while the Camry spun off the roadway.

The driver of the Camry, identified as 18-year-old Isaiah Diaz, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the F-150 was able to climb out of the truck and suffered only minor injuries.

Tulsa Police said the crash remains under investigation, but no charges are expected at this time.
